This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered chili, cole slaw, and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was very good, a new York style with floppy crust and a nice sauce. The cole slaw was also nicely done, finely shredded with a very nice flavor. But the chili was the best. It was thick and oh so tasty. It had a smoky set flavor that I absolutely loved. I've eaten a lot of chili in my day abs this one was top 10. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 8.3.
I just love PapaTs. It's in my neighborhood bliss, easy to gather and have fun with your friends and family. Service is homely and welcoming always. Food is fresh and tasty in every bite with different lines of menu! Hope everyone will be ready to have the local homely taste of Tolland
My partner and I stopped here on our way to Boston. The staff was very kind and it was delicious! We got the mozzarella wedge which was stretchy, cheesy, and perfectly breaded. The sauce was wonderful too. The garlic bread was crunchy and flavorful. My partner got a chicken parm and it was delicious! I really enjoyed it. We also got a half and half pie. The plain was so cheesy and fresh. The other half had pepperoni, bacon, and mushrooms which was also wonderful. For dessert we got the macadamian nut cookie and it was so buttery and falls apart easily. So great. The brownie was thick and rich. So good! Also a huge shoutout for their accesible bathroom. I sometimes use my wheelchair or crutches and their bathroom for females had an arm to help disabled people get in and out of their seat more easily. First time I saw this.
What a gem of a PIZZA restaurant in the Tolland/Willington area. I really enjoy the pizza, but the entire menu is AWESOME. Just great value all around. Super convenient spot too - give it a try!
Got a large Italian. It's heavy, packed. It's a 20 hit but if you are craving a solid bite it was pretty good. If their bread had some cracked top in it to give some texture it be a top choice.
Delicious place to eat!!! We were traveling through late at night, and were delighted to find this wonderful place. Pizza is divine!
I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in here after a long day of moving my son into school at UConn. It is a smaller establishment, but food was great. Staff very sweet also.
This is an inexpensive local spot I found on my rather meandering way to the shore due to the liquor store next door. It's on my stop there for lunch or dinner on the way to the shore list. It has a great selection of craft sodas and a very comfortable relaxed vibe exists at Papa T's.
